Returns Policy

At SANDGROPERCOVERS.COM.AU we want to make sure you have a product that meets or exceeds your expectations.  So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply cover the postage cost and return it within 30 days (from postmark) in original condition for a full refund, no questions asked. 

We are so confident in the quality of our canvas car seat covers that we guarantee they are tough enough to last the distance.  If your seat covers wear out within 12 months of purchase, we will happily replace them for you free of charge.

Please note:  We are not able to refund or exchange any of our made-to-order products when incorrect measurements are supplied, so please measure carefully!  We make our tool box covers and generator covers slightly larger than requested, to allow room for error and to make them easier to fit.

Damaged Goods

Registered Shipping on all SANDGROPERCOVERS.COM.AU products is FREE within Australia, but we will not take liability for any items damaged in transit.  If you would like Extra Cover (formerly Insurance) on your package, please inform us via customerservice@sandgropercovers.com.au.  The cost of Extra Cover will be at your expense.  Extra Cover of up to $5000 per article can be purchased for $1.30 per $100 or part thereof, up to the $5000 maximum.

Back Orders

Items from our core range of seat covers will be dispatched to you within 3 business days.  Most made-to-order products will be dispatched to you within 5 business days.

We have most items in stock (excluding our made-to-order range) but if we have a large order or are experiencing an exceptionally busy period, we will let you know by email of any delays and will endeavour to have your product to you ASAP.

Shipping Policy

Registered Shipping on all SANDGROPERCOVERS.COM.AU products is FREE within Australia.  Registered post offers a unique ID number for each parcel and Extra Cover (formerly Insurance) up to $100. Signature is required upon delivery. Delivery can be expected 4-5 business days after dispatch.  We endeavour to dispatch your parcel within 3 business days of payment for core line products, and within 5 business days for made-to-order products.
