Q.  Is your site secure?

A.  Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection.
 

Q.  What methods of payment do you accept?

A.  Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal (through PayPal's merchant facilities).  We are a Verisign secure site - 100% secure online shopping!
   

Q.  What happens if I order the wrong seat covers for my vehicle?

A.  We will be happy to take your seat covers back for an exchange, or a full refund but you will be responsible for any additional postage costs.
 

Q.  Can I purchase an individual part of a cover instead of a set?

A.  Yes, we do sell all of our parts separately.  If you need a replacement cover, or only want to cover part of your vehicle seat, contact us via 1300 103 103 or at customerservice@sandgropercovers.com.au for a price.
 

Q.  Why are your seat covers made from 12 oz. Canvas?

A.  The canvas we have chosen for our seat covers is tough, yet breathable. Many foam-backed and other seat covers can actually damage your original interior, while our canvas seat covers will protect from water, salt, dirt, dust and pets. Our canvas is tough, yet comfortable. It won’t lose colour, as the dye is soaked the whole way through the canvas. It won’t stick to your skin on hot, sticky days.
 

Q.  Why shouldn’t I wash my seat covers?

A.  Although all care is taken in manufacturing, washing may cause the canvas to shrink, and covers may no longer fit your seats properly. Also, the canvas is treated with a special waterproofing solution which may compromise the canvas’ water resistance if washed.
 

Q.  What does custom made mean?

A.  Our seat covers are not “one size fits all”. They have been specially patterned to your vehicle model by an experienced motor trimmer, therefore they will fit beautifully. Unlike “one size fits all” covers they will not shift around on your seat, and so they prevent unnecessary wear and friction on your vehicle interior. Our seat covers are designed to protect your interior, not to damage it further.
 

Q.  How do I fit my seat covers?

A.  Our seat covers are easy to fit. We have two styles of fitting methods, depending on your vehicle model. Full instructions will be included with your purchase. If you have any further difficulties, you can contact us on 1300 103 103 or at customerservice@sandgropercovers.com.au.
 

Q.  What happens if you don’t have my seat covers in stock?

A.  We will endeavour to get your seat covers to you ASAP. We are constantly replenishing our stocks, but large orders or unusually busy periods may encounter small delays.
 

Q.  What if my vehicle model is not listed?

A.  Contact us via customerservice@sandgropercovers.com.au or call 1300 103 103 and we will let you know if we can make some custom covers for your vehicle.
 

Q.  Are your seat covers available in any other colours?

A.  Our seat covers are available in brown on request, but we predominantly use grey canvas because most vehicle interiors are grey.
 

Q.  What is included when I purchase a set of seat covers?

A.  All of our prices include a map pocket where the seat design allows, and head rests where applicable.  If your vehicle has armrests, in most cases there is an option to purchase the seat covers with or without armrest covers.
 

Q.  Why have I been asked to supply a photo of my vehicle interior?

A.  There are many models of vehicles on the market, and sometimes to avoid confusion we will request a photo of your car interior. This will ensure we supply you with the correct covers, and save you additional costs associated with having to return a wrong purchase.
